Privacy Policy

We’re writing a Privacy Policy to let you know how we collect, disclose, maintain, and use information collected from users (when I refer to “Users” I’m talking about you) here on the website (here into referred to as “Site”). Every page on is governed by this Privacy Policy.

The most important thing we want any User of our Site to know is that we respect their privacy and will never ever abuse any of the information they provide to us. We understand the tremendous amount of trust that goes into providing personal information online and appreciate that people trust us to properly protect any information we collect.

Personal Identifying Information

Any user may at any time visit our Site anonymously. There may be certain offers, pages, features, resources, etc. that we make available on our Site that require personal identification information. Any information collected is strictly on a voluntary basis. Users are able to refuse to supply any information to us; however, in that case, access to certain aspects of the Site may be limited.

Non-Personal Identifying Information

Sometimes we will collect non-personal information about Users interacting with our Site. Such information might include: the browser name; type of computer; technical information about Users means of connection to our Site (i.e. the operating system and the internet service provider used); and other information of that type.

We really do collect this information to serve Users better. We want to make sure our Site is functional for Users whether looking at it from a mobile device, desktop, or laptop.

Web Browser Cookies

We do utilize what are known as “cookies” also to enhance the User experience. The web browser puts cookies on Users’ hard drives to keep track of where they have been online and to track other information about the User. It is possible to set a web browser to refuse cookies or to let you know when cookies are being sent. Just keep in mind that doing so could cause parts of our Site to not properly function.

How We Use the Information We Collect is operated by a locally owned business so one thing we’ll never do is pester you, use high pressure sales tactics, or obligate you to something you never agreed to. Like I said, we respect your privacy and WILL NOT abuse your information in anyway.

That being said, we will use Users personal information to:

  • Improve our customer service – The best way for us to respond to Users’ customer service requests and support needs is by collecting their information so we can get back to them in an efficient manner.
  • Improve our Site – We are a small family business committed to perfection for our customers. Feedback from customers and Users will help us improve our products and services.
  • Run a contest, promotion, survey, or any other Site feature
  • Send Users information they requested
  • Send periodic emails

Users’ email address may also be used to respond to inquiries made, questions asked, and any other (reasonable) requests. Users who choose to opt in to our mailing list or subscribe to our Site will receive emails that include company news, related products, service information, updates, etc. A link is provided in each email so Users can update their subscription or unsubscribe from receiving future emails.

What We Do to Protect Users’ Information

We have adopted a number of data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures in order to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Users’ personal information, username, password, or any other personal data Users give to us.

Sharing Users’ Personal Information

Under no circumstances will we ever rent, sell, or trade Users personal identifiable information to anyone. Generic aggregated demographic information not at all linked to Users’ personal data may be shared with our business partners for the purposes mentioned in the bullet points above.

Third Party Websites

On our Site there may be links to content that go to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, licensors, and other third parties. Unfortunately, we are unable to control anything that appears on those sites and we cannot be responsible for what those websites do.

I also think it is important to know that the sites linked to may have their own privacy and customer service policies. Checking out and using any other website that we link to or that even links to our Site is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

It’s up to when this privacy policy gets updated. If we ever do so, we will be sure to revise the date at the bottom of this page. I encourage you to check this page every now and then to see if we’ve made any changes. Any additions to the present text will only help to further explain what we are doing to protect your personal data. I’ve tried to keep it concise and pain free to read as it is!

Acceptance of the Terms Outline in the Privacy Policy by the User

The simple act of using this site signifies any Users’ acceptance of the Privacy Policy. If by some odd chance you are unable to agree with the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy, please let us know. We’d much prefer to see if we can improve on the policy than tell you to stop using our Site. Use of the Site after changes have been posted to the policy will be deemed your acceptance of the changes.

If you actually took the time to read this Privacy Policy I want to personally thank you for doing so. I actually took the time to write this without the assistance of an auto generator so it means a lot that someone would take the time to read it.
